Ram lambs
Rams are selected on their ability
to moult and their conformation. To be eligible for selection ram lambs
have to moult their lamb's fleece in their first 6 months.
We run a flock of 600
Wiltshire ewes. Our breeding flock moult entirely or have a
small amount of wool on their shoulders and sometimes a tuft of wool on
the outside of their back legs.
